U.S presidential candidate Donald Trump seemed to suggest that he will take legal actions against NBC for the leaking of a 2005 video of him talking and making lewd comments about women to Washington Post.
Trump was asked by Fox Tv's Bill O'Reilly if there's any chance he could or will carry out legal actions against NBC for the leaking of the "Access Hollywood" tape, to which Trump replied: "You'll see, you'll see, you'll see after the election the surprise package I have" Trump said.
O'Reilly then asked him "Do you think you could or would be ahead if not for the 'Access Hollywood' leaked video?"
Trump claimed that the tape represented an "illegal act" by NBC. That he was played on.
"I just don't know. I think it was very negative doesn't speak well of NBC, it was a locked room conversation," Trump said. "The microphone was not supposed to be on, not that I am making an excuse for myself, but certainly it was an illegal act from NBC."
Trump said it was "absolutely" illegal because "that was a private dressing room. And its not suppose to be so, that speaks very bad of NBC.
