Mariah Carey a 46 year old singer and fiance Australian billionaire James Packer have reportedly cancel their engagement.
James Packer is said to have been the one who dropped the engagement plan, with his reason being “her new reality TV show and extravagant spending”.
Packer wasn’t prepared to have his entire life on a reality TV show, and he also allowed her to keep the $10-million ring he bought for her for their engagement.
TMZ sources say what may have been the engagement breakup for Packer came when she had some sort of rendezvous with one of the dancers in her Vegas show ... something that is on video for the reality show.
Packer reportedly hated the reality show from the start and it became a major source of conflict.
“It’s all over,” one close friend of James family told Woman’s Day. “James had huge reservations about Mariah’s new reality TV show and the fact that she was willing to expose their lives to the world.”
There are also reports of tension between the award winning singer and the casino mogul’s family, claiming Packer’s mum didn’t like her.
